How Your Custom Candle Order Works

1. Choose your candle

Select your preferred candle size or candle set from the options available.

2. Complete the order form

Provide your contact details, occasion, wording, ribbon colour, decoration preference and delivery or collection choice.

3. Receive your design

ZZV Lifestyle will prepare a digital design and send it to you by email or WhatsApp for review.

4. Approve and confirm your order

Check all names, dates, spelling, photographs and design details carefully. If additional decorations or changes affect the price, you will receive a quotation before production begins.

5. Production and delivery

Your candle will be made after the design has been approved and payment has been confirmed. Delivery or collection arrangements will then be finalised.

Important: Please ensure that all information is correct before approving the design. Changes may not be possible once production has started

Your Photographs and Privacy


Photographs submitted for personalised candles are treated with care and used to create your order. During the order process, you can decide whether photographs of your completed candle may be shared by ZZV Lifestyle. You may allow the full image, request that faces and personal details be hidden, or decline marketing use completely.
